Delete your account

In the app (instant)

1. Open the DesiLu's Pet Boutique app.
2. Go to your Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account, pets, vaccination records, photos and appointment requests from your phone, and deletes your account, visit records and notification tokens from DesiLu's booking records. Deleting the app alone only removes what's on your phone.

By request

If you no longer have the app, or want us to delete booking records or messages you've sent us, email contact@desilus.com or call 425-903-4219. Include the name and phone number on your account. We'll confirm within 30 days. We may keep records we're required to keep by law, such as payment records.
