A few simple guidelines that keep every visit calm, safe and on time.
Appointments & no-shows
- Curbside service
- Please call us when you arrive and we'll come out to greet your pet.
- Vaccinations required
- Current Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations are required for every visit.
- No-shows
- No-shows are charged the full service price.
- Late cancellations
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full at your next appointment.
Grooming tips
- Allow time for relief
- Let your pet relieve themselves before arriving. Collection bags are available at no charge.
- Tell your groomer
- Share any physical, medical, or emotional conditions that could affect your pet during grooming.
- Pick up on time
- Prompt pickup helps your pet get back to familiar surroundings quickly.
- Vaccinations required
